I've never heard of GMC Machine Tools...

What type of warranty do your machines come with?

GMC warranties all machinery sold against failure of defective workmanship or materials which occurs after the product is professionally installed within product specifications and during normal use and operation for the period of one (1) year.

Where are GMC Machine Tools manufactured?

Most of our product line is manufactured in Taiwan. Other machines are designed in the US and manufactured overseas in Taiwan, Italy, and China. Our products have been perfected overtime and made to conform to the American consumer. 

Do you sell internationally?

Unfortunately, we only sell machines in North America. Including Mexico, and Canada.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

Do you accept checks, or money orders?

Yes! We accept business checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Please give us a call 909-947-7747 if you'd like to arrange payment today. 

SHIPPING & WILL CALL INFO

How fast can you ship my order?

Our processing time takes 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Unless you order a phase or voltage conversion or any other additional accessories. 

Do you offer Will-Call service?

Yes! GMC Machine Tools offers will-call service to local customers. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment for will-call. Please remember that our machines need to be tested and inspected prior to will-call. 

Do you charge for shipping in the states?

No, we do not charge for shipping to the lower 48 states for most machines. The only machines you will have to pay for shipping is our Hydraulic Press Brakes

Do you ship to Puerto Rico or Canada? 

Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico. However, shipping fees apply to both Puerto Rico and Canada. Please be advised, you will be responsible for providing us with your broker information at the time of purchase. 

Do you ship your machines with oil?

Unfortunately, our machines do not ship with oil. Please fill the machine with the appropriate hydraulic oil listed in the operation manual. DO NOT OPERATE THE MACHINE WITHOUT OIL OR YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Are GMC machines UL certified?

Unfortunately, they are not UL certified. Most of our customers have them independently certified. 

I just received my machine and it's not turning on...

  1. Please check if there's power to the machine.

  2. Make sure it's wired correctly in the appropriate phase and voltage.

  3. Check for lights and release any emergency stops. 

  4. Fill the machine with oil as our machines do not ship with oil.

If I purchase a machine listed at 220v, can I have it swapped out for 440v?

Some machines are capable of running in 440v. Please give us a call at 909-947-7787 

I need parts for my machine, can you help?

Of course! Please provide us with the following information to help you as quick as possible. 

  • Machine model number

  • Serial number

  • Part numbers indexed in our machine manuals

  • Lastly, send an email with this information to service@gmcmachinetools.com
